Wedding Ceremony Packages

Every couple approaches their wedding ceremony a little differently. Some want a simple and heartfelt exchange of vows. Others want readings, rituals, and a fully developed ceremony that brings family and community into the moment.

To make planning easier, I offer three ceremony packages that reflect how much preparation and ceremony design you would like to include. Each package includes time for consultation, ceremony preparation, and the wedding ceremony itself. If you’re not sure which option fits best, simply tell me what you’re currently considering on the intake form when scheduling your discovery call. We’ll talk through the possibilities together.

All packages include preparing the legal marriage certificate and guidance through the signing process on your wedding day.

Travel outside my regular service area may involve additional fees.

Simple Ceremony

This option is ideal for small weddings and micro-weddings where the focus is on a warm, meaningful ceremony without additional ceremonial elements.

I will personalize your ceremony for you and can include readings you choose from the readings booklets I offer.

Includes

  • Time for consultation and ceremony preparation
  • A personalized wedding ceremony
  • Preparation of your legal marriage certificate

Ceremony with Unity Ritual

This option builds on the Simple Ceremony and adds a unity ritual or symbolic element to the ceremony. Unity rituals can include traditional options such as candle lighting or sand ceremonies, or other symbolic acts that reflect your relationship.

This package works well for couples who want to include a visible moment of symbolism during the ceremony.

Includes

  • Time for consultation and ceremony preparation
  • A personalized wedding ceremony
  • A unity ritual or symbolic element
  • Preparation of your legal marriage certificate

Full Ceremony with Rehearsal

This option suits couples who plan a larger wedding ceremony with a wedding party and a rehearsal.

Besides the ceremony design and unity ritual, this package includes participation in your rehearsal so everyone involved understands the flow of the ceremony.

Includes

  • Time for consultation and ceremony preparation
  • A personalized wedding ceremony
  • A unity ritual or symbolic element
  • Participation in your wedding rehearsal
  • Preparation of your legal marriage certificate

Sequel Ceremonies

Many couples who were legally married earlier later decide they would like a ceremony with family and friends. These celebrations are often called Sequel Weddings. Sometimes couples begin planning a traditional wedding and later decide to elope first, followed by a larger ceremony later. When that happens, the second celebration often becomes a sequel ceremony.

All ceremony packages above are available as Sequel Ceremonies. The structure and preparation remain the same. However, since the legal marriage has already occurred, they do not include certificate preparation.

Sequel ceremonies are ideal for:

  • Couples who eloped earlier and now want a celebration
  • Vow renewals
  • Community celebrations of an existing marriage

If you are planning a Sequel Ceremony, you can simply note that on the intake form when you schedule your discovery conversation, and we will plan the ceremony accordingly.

Themed Wedding Ceremonies

For couples planning a themed celebration, I can officiate weddings in character. The most popular version is a Santa wedding ceremony during the Christmas season, though other characters may be possible depending on the event.

I build themed ceremonies on the Full Ceremony package, adapting it to fit the character and the tone of the celebration.

If you are considering a themed ceremony, just note it on the intake form when you schedule your discovery call so we can discuss the details together.

I recommend booking by August 31 for Christmas weddings featuring Santa.

Elopement Ceremonies

Some couples prefer a very small ceremony focused simply on becoming legally married. If you are planning an intimate gathering with just witnesses and a few close friends, an Elopement Ceremony may be the perfect fit.
