We’d like a Christian ceremony

We’re a cross cultural couple.

We see ourselves as Spiritual, Not Religious.

Religion and spirituality are not vital to us.

We celebrate Christianity in a broad variety of ways. Our goal is to develop a familiar and comfortable ceremony style for you.

Traditional Ceremony. If you grew up in an RC, Episcopal, Lutheran, or Methodist home, this is the marriage right you’re familiar with. We often see this as the ceremony portrayed in movies and television. I usually model this on a 20th-century Book of Worship.
Mainstream Protestant. Folks who grew up with Presbyterian, UCC, Disciples, or similar Reform traditions typically aren’t quite “high church” and are more comfortable with only a few bits of the traditional liturgy. This is a more flexible choice than the above.
Non-Denominational. This is probably the broadest description of the church in the United States. With roots in the Baptist church, this celebration has fewer “required” parts and is most comfortable for people who want a Christian celebration without “high church theater.”

Occasionally, people from different cultures or faith groups fall in love. This happens because love transcends boundaries. And that’s one of the beautiful things about humanity.

The challenge is creating a meaningful set of rituals that honors your heritage, traditions, culture, and faith. Then collecting those rituals into a beautiful ceremony that celebrates you as partners and as a couple.

An Event Hall or Wedding Venue. If you are working with a wedding chapel, bed & breakfast, or other commercial or non-profit space, this is your choice below.

A Public Location. This is a publically owned space, like a park or a zoo.
